this hotel offered a prime location near checkpoint charlie. i easily accessed multiple u-bahn stations by foot. i found the a/c worked effectively during hot summer days. the staff were helpful, and i had a spacious room.

the showerhead was damaged, and the door wouldn't close properly.

the location was alright. at least i didnt have to walk too far to get around.

the air conditioning in my room didnt work properly. it was hot. if you book online, make sure you ask for a room thats not facing the street because its very loud at night. rooms on the other side are probably much better. that is what i would expect.

The room size was adequate for my needs. i found the bed comfortable enough for a good sleep. the hotel had a functional mini-fridge in the room. It was useful for keeping drinks cold.

The towels had some stains. They didn't appear completely clean. the shower door was damaged. It didn't close correctly. the room lacked a kettle for making tea. I missed having hot drinks in the morning.
